Refund policy

All sales are final. Once you have received a tune file there is absolutely no refunds.

Tuning files are simply electronic computer files that cannot be returned to us. Therefore there are no refunds on tuning, once a file has been sent. When you receive a tuning file from us you now own it! This includes tuning files paired with devices and so forth. Once you have all items ordered the transaction is considered complete and a refund will not be issued.
